You and countless others ask these questions too! Perhaps you could consider joining an Alpha Course where you could share these questions and any others you might have. Alpha courses run not only locally but world wide too. They give you the chance to learn about the Christian faith in a relaxed, non-threatening setting. It does not matter if you have no experience of Church, what age you are, what sort of background you come from, what race you are, Alpha really is for everyone. Thousands and thousands of people have taken part in Alpha courses in all sorts of situations. They’ve been run in the most unlikely places from pubs to prisons.
This is where you can find out what it is all about and if it may be for you! If you want to come to the supper you are in no way committing yourself to the course just come and see what you think. If you can’t manage the supper, you can still join the course.
The thing about Alpha is that it has changed people’s lives not only world wide but here in Leek. Come and join us, you have nothing to lose and so much to gain!
Deepening Faith
Our preparation for confirmation is undertaken on a Team basis, beginning in June and concluding in November. This is a course suitable also for those who wish simply to refresh their Christian faith or explore it further without it leading to Confirmation.
