Contemplative study morning led by Rev Preb Roger Vaughan
Roger writes:
If we are honest, prayer does not come naturally to most of us. But then why should it? After all it is a supernatural activity.
However, as soon as we admit that prayer is supernatural, we find ourselves thinking that anything that seems ordinary has no place in our spirituality.
Being heavenly minded with our feet firmly on the ground is never easy. Maybe this session will remind us of some well known ways and point us to some new ways of deepending that wonderful relationship with God that we call prayer.
The morning will finish with a cooked lunch together.
