St John’s Church is now closed. A final service of Thanksgiving for the ministry of the church over the last 145 years was held at 10.30am on Sunday 15th March 2020 and a copy of the Order of Service and the sermon are available below. Thank you to all who attended that service and to every member of the team from both St John’s and St Edward’s who helped in the preparations for it.

The future of the church building and land on which it is situated will now be determined by the Trustees. If anyone has any personal interest in articles in the church (i.e. things donated by or in memory of family members) the Trustees will be happy for those concerned to take possession of them.
