St Pauls Church and Community Centre, Novi lane, Leek was built in 1971 and it is estimated that up to 650 people use the facility each week. The age range of the users is from babies to 90 + years old.
The building has been kept in good condition but has now got to the stage where extensive refurbishment is required. Local Trades People and Companies have been used very successfully to complete the project.
To celebrate this the Centre will be open on Saturday 2nd June from 3pm to 5pm where visitors will be entertained to a delicious Afternoon Tea. Tickets are priced at £2.50 for Children and £5 for Adults. Tickets are available from St Luke’s Church, Fountain Street, Leek, every morning Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm or Tel 373306.
